Web Address: First Facilities
First Facilities are a team of electricians focussed primarily on quality electrical, fire and security system installations for small commercial projects to large-scale industrial contracts.
First Facilities had a website that was initially built by Yell, but due to spiralling costs and chronic underperformance alongside the inability to have any control over the website, a decision was made that a new website was needed to offer more control, better SEO and lower costs year on year.
Work
We created a website using WordPress so that it could be easily updated and managed with additional content. It was vitally important that the website was responsive to screen size as the majority of site visitors were coming from mobile devices. A simple to use website on a smaller screen would make a huge difference to conversion rates.
Marketing
To start on the First Facilities website, we first had to understand all the services that they offered. During our research and discovery, we found content and information that wasn’t being displayed on the website. How many potential enquiries were lost in this time?
We mapped out the pages and content of the pages and put them into place before sending to the client for approval. The site now details each service and provides easy to use and easy to find contact details for potential clients to use, helping with conversion rates.
The website, being built in WordPress is ready to easily add new content pages onto the system to mention new contracts, additional services and many other content types people can add to their website. This website is offering so much more than a Yell website ever could.
